What payment methods does Vidbix accept?

What happens when I reach the limit of the free plan?


When you reach the limit of our free plan, you won't be able to create new Vidbix or ask your cutomers to do them until next month.




What happens If I reach the limit of the Team and Grow Plans?


When you reach the limits of videos stablished in the Team and Grow plans you will be able to continue using Vidbix. Each extra 100 videos cost 29€ and will be charged monthly in packs.




Why the 2 minutes video limitation?


Vidbix is aimed to help customers and support agents by allowing them to make screen sharing recodings instead of explaining their issues in plain text. 2 minutes, is equivalent to 1/2 to 1 page of writing, that combined with image provides enough time and space to explain your issue or how to solve it, with all the needed context without making it too long. In the case you need more time for any purpose you can always make another video.
