What happens after the 1 month trial?


When you make the trial we are not asking you to add any credit card.Before the end of the trial we will contact you with information to start your paid period. After the end of the trial, we will notify you about the status of your Vidbix account and block your account if there is no reply to our communication. Please, contact support@vidbix.me for any doubt you may have.




How do I cancel my subscription?


You can cancel your subscription at any time. In case you may need assistance, please send an email to support@vidbix.me.
